IST printers got back to me really quick again after he had looked at my pdf and said:

We do foil blocking which impesses in to the paper.

I forwarded this email onto Hannah so now I will just wait for a reply from her and see what she thinks, but this is by far the cheapest and best deal I think well get. and also, they seemed so nice so it would be an honour to have the cards printed by them. However,, it is not up to me but i am quite exited.
