In the Northwest coast, Indians they see eagles are very importantas they share their environment with this majestic bird. Many myths and legends surround Eagles down a symbol of peace and freindship. Eagle feathers were used in rituals and worn on masks and headdreese. Eagle is oneof the two main Haida crests, and many families of the coast still own or inherit the right to use it.\
